I realized that Floon himself has appeared rather little in this. Now, it's true that in every adventure the main villain is supposed to be working in the background and be rather invisible, but I would have liked him to be more available... ah well.
Hahaha! Is this goign to spawn a Chuck Norris-esque Floon thread?
Poor Spot check... You're so tantalizing in theory, but so under used in practice.. It's hard to sink points into you when there's so many skills that are more likely to come up in combat... :D And swim, that's another DM special that never comes up unless the DM wants to be a jerk :D
@Mag: Yeah, it never made sense. Adventurers should be forced to climb, swim and march for long times, but nobody ever took the skills attached to those, because there was always some wizard around to teleport people to the dungeon or by coincidence some flying carpet was in the loot.
@Moiz: Ah, a question at my inner geek.
Illithids, or Mind Flayers, as they are commonly known, reproduce asexually. The Elder Brain spawns small tadpoles in it's cerebral fluid, which drill themselves into a victims brain. From here they slowly change the host-body, turning the skin purple, growing tentacles and whatnot, until nothing of the former being is left. Regardless of race or gender, the outcome is always a genderless Mind Flayer.
