Man... I am happy with this one.
I think it's atmospherically the best RPGeneric yet.
It borrows both a bit from a very short scene in the last Harry Potter movie and of course Gandalf's fight with the Balrog and his fall into the depths of Moria.

It took quite some time, but I think the weather and waves are menacing enough.

My first thought when I saw it... Wow, I love the purple glow.
My second thought....
Uh oh, that rock's going to hurt.

My final thought was...
Wow... this is going to be an awesome battle to the death! Yes!

I am glad the scale of this little encounter comes across. The battle itself will feature a very cool sequence of animations... no, not animated characters (too much work as a gif and flash hates me), but something else entirely. It should look pretty good.

I have been reading them while they are still on the front page, I don't know why I didn't comment here...

I love the background, it is well done :D

Thanks... not sure how realistic it looks, but the main focus was to paint a mood here... a dark and foreboding place.
